Nope, no experience is necessary, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. We’ll find your starting point, then coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.
Some people have never trained before, some are coming back to fitness after a long lay off.
You can also be very fit and full of gym confidence.
In either case, we'll know exactly what you need to succeed.
If you follow our advice, you're consistent, and stick to your program we absolutely guarantee that you'll get impressive results but if, for whatever reason, you do that and don't make progress we'll give you your money back.
