When does it start?
Once you've completed payment and attended a Strategy session you can start the program right away.

I'm not sure I have the time right now?
If you’re thinking things will be easier in another 2 or 3 months, you could be right, however life has a habit of keeping us pretty busy and who’s to say in another 3 months a few more things won’t get in the way?
3 months from now you could be feeling exactly the same (or worse) as you do now, or you could be feeling energised, in control, happier than you’ve been in a long time and well on your way to becoming the best version of you.
The best time to start is when you're busy, learning how to fit in exercise when life is challenging means your stick with it. Most importantly your build the resilience to handle the tough times much better when your energised and you feel good!

What is One to One Personal Training?
Just that, Personal Training on a one to one basis for you only. The sessions are personalised to your goals, fitness level and your needs.
Helping you stay disciplined and focused, and ensuring that you maxmise your time in the gym.

What is Small Group Personal Training?
Involves working with a coach and a small group of individuals, no more than four people, for personalized fitness instruction and support. It's similar to one-on-one personal training, but in a group setting, providing a more cost-effective and motivating environment.
If your new training or had a break its recommennded to complete a one to one foundation course first before going to Small Group Personal Training.

Do I have to be fit already?
Nope, no experience is necessary, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. We’ll find your starting point, then coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.
Some people have never trained before, some are coming back to fitness after a long lay off.
You can also be very fit and full of gym confidence.
In either case, we'll know exactly what you need to succeed.
