Nope, no experience is necessary, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. We’ll find your starting point, then coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.
Some people have never trained before, some are coming back to fitness after a long lay off.
You can also be very fit and full of gym confidence.
In either case, we'll know exactly what you need to succeed.
We would love you to join us, however it’s completely your choice.
After successfully completing a new workout routine over your 28 days, you’ll have the opportunity to continue your new found momentum and motivation.
Or if you decide it’s not for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
If you follow our advice, you're consistent, and stick to your program we absolutely guarantee that you'll get impressive results but if, for whatever reason, you do that and don't make progress we'll give you your money back.
